Size of the vineyard 40.67 Ha, planted in 1967 with traditional ungrafted vines that are head trained, with a density of 1000 vines/Ha. It has one of the purest and indigenous grapevine clones of Tinta de Toro. The annual average rainfall is 350 mm. Given the soil heterogeneity, the diversity of orientations and the differences in altitude it is divided into four subplots of land.
