PIEDRA NATURAL

From the grapes from our Pago Bocarrage (1967) we make this natural wine, without the use of sulfites, nor any treatment or additives, using only well-ripened Tinta de Toro grapes harvested by hand.

After spontaneous fermentation, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine remained on its lees for six months before bottling with light filtration.

With all its integrity and natural fruit, this wine expresses the best that an old vineyard in the Toro region has to offer.

PIEDRA CRIANZA

Attractive cherry red color, intense, clean and bright, with garnet glints on the rim. Complex nose with abundant ripe red fruits over an elegant spicy and toasted background.

Pleasant on the palate, tasty, unctuous, where the fruity notes reappear. Structured wine, with noble tannins, long and aromatic finish.

PIEDRA RESERVA

Cherry red with violet rim, high layer. On the nose, aromas of wild fruits and undergrowth, contributed by the Garnacha variety, together with black fruit, minerals and balsamic notes provided by the native Tinta de Toro variety. All of this is well assembled with subtle aromas of good wood, vanilla, roasted coffee, chocolates… which are further enhanced by the retronasal passage.

Its consistency and structure lengthen its elegant palate.

PIEDRA VERDEJO

Bright lemony color with greenish iridescence. Clean and ripe aromas, very fruity with others of pineapple and passion fruit. Syrupy memories.

It has great volume in the mouth. Fresh and with good acidity. Slightly bitter and warm finish after swallowing, with fruit reappearing in the retronasal passage.

PIEDRA ROSADO

This exceptional wine is made from Tinta de Toro bush-cultivated vines, harvested by hand, which after a gentle crushing yielded a rosé must by bleeding, followed by barrel fermentation and aging on lees for 3 months.

The high age of the vines, together with the uniqueness of the growing environment, as well as the environment surrounded by native forest species, make this unique raspberry pink wine aromatic, fresh, tasty and long finish.

PIEDRA PROHIBIDA

Searching for Garnacha grapes in a sea of red vines, like someone looking for a treasure, we finally found it.

This Garnacha wine comes from an old goblet-trained vineyard, more than 50 years old, where the vines are dotted with this variety, as was the tradition in ancient times.

Dressed in ruby, it offers subtle and complex aromas, accompanied by an elegant, balanced, fresh and perfumed palate.

WHITE LAGARONA

From the legendary wine of the Toro Lagarona appellation comes the idea of developing a unique concept to produce a white wine aged on its lees in barrels and aged for six months in the bottle. The high age of the vines, together with the singularity of the growing environment, as well as its surroundings, surrounded by native forest species and dotted with aromatic herbs, achieve this unique white wine: aromatic, fresh, powerful in the mouth and with a long finish.

LAGARONA

One of the legendary wines of the Denomination of Origin Toro, which comes from the Pago “Lagarona”. Made with grapes from old vines grown in goblet-trained vineyards of Tinta de Toro (75%) and Garnacha (25%). This proportion of grapes, together with a careful elaboration and aging of 16 months in French oak barrels and a long stay in the bottle of more than 2 years, achieve this singular wine that combines power and elegance, with a long life in the bottle ahead.

PAREDINAS

This wine comes from an old and unique vineyard called PAREDINAS, planted in 1927 on a hillside, with a deep and poor soil in which the vines reach a perfect balance with their growing environment.

Its production is totally respectful of the grapes, with a 24-month aging on its lees in extra-fine grain French oak barrels, followed by a 12-month bottle ageing process, giving it exceptional sensory characteristics.
